So lets start of by saying half the stuff I say, I don't think. But all the things I think, I usually say?
TA-DA!
So sometimes I "think" that your life is preconceived or that we kinda have a of a set path. I like to think of it as a giant connect the dot picture. But nobody knows what the picture looks like and we sometimes he skip a few dots and go from 12 to 32. Right my point! So if you have a bad day and that bad day gets worse. Is it because you started to have a bad day and so you are in a bad mood so you see things in negative attitude or is it "fate"?(for lack of looking up a better word)
So when dose a bad day turn into a day that is so bad their is nothing you can do about it? And is that "fate" or you giving up? Cause you can take yourself out of a bad day and put a positive spin on it. But lets say it's a really bad day like your dog dies, you get fired and your significant other leaves you. Well you might think this person had it coming. But really, who the hell deserves a day like that? I can only think of a handful of Historical figures that might be candidates. Maybe that's the reason they became so awful? Now some people, like a said before, might say "they had it coming", sure but lets look at this "mathematical". What are the odds of all three of those thing happening on the same day? I am guessing pretty high odds; up their with the lotto and being struck by lighting. Nevertheless theses thing still happen.
So what if "fate" intervenes in a movie! Random stuff happens in life all the time and if art imitates life, then crazy shit can happen all the time in movies. So that is my justification for Donnie Darko, Memento, and Space Jam. Get off their backs movie critics!
